ABOUT THE ROLE
The company is seeking a proactive and diligent Customer Care Consultant to join the Acquisitions team. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role that requires disciplined workflow management and the ability to nurture and convert acquisition leads into qualified prospects.
The role involves communication via multiple channels, including phone calls, email, WhatsApp and SMS. As a core member of the Acquisitions department, you will support customer engagement activities, help streamline internal processes, and participate in special projects as required. Success in this role requires resilience, strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities and a consistent focus on delivering top-tier customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Engagement & Lead Conversion

Follow structured workflow procedures accurately and consistently.

Engage with customers professionally across phone, email, WhatsApp and SMS.

Filter acquisition leads effectively to identify genuine prospects.

Convert prospective customers by building trust and clearly articulating the Getworth value proposition.

Retain existing customers through high-quality communication and relationship management.
Customer Experience Delivery

Deliver an “11-star” customer experience through convenience, professionalism and transparent communication.

Educate customers throughout the process to ensure confidence and clarity.

Operational & Workflow Support

Provide general support to other areas within the Acquisitions department as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service role, including telephonic communication.

Valid driver’s licence.

No criminal record.

Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Afrikaans essential).

Third language advantageous.

Proficiency with modern digital tools, CRMs and communication platforms.

Strong customer service capability.

Ability to solve problems effectively.

Knowledge of vehicles is beneficial but not required.
