Job Summary:
Clinix Health Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its network of healthcare professionals through strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting qualified doctors, fostering relationships with healthcare institutions, and developing business opportunities to support company growth.
Minimum Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management or Business Administration
✔ 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
✔ Proven experience in business development, sales, or healthcare recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Growth & Partnerships
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients & growth opportunities.
- Identify and develop business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations in the healthcare industry.
- Establish and maintain relationships with medical institutions, clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Develop and present business proposals and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Implement strategic plans in collaboration with the Head of Marketing to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance business development efforts.
2. Marketing & Promotion
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for attracting doctors and medical institutions.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to tailor products or services accordingly.
- Attend conferences, seminars, and events related to healthcare and recruitment.
3. Negotiation & Deal Closing
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, vendors, and business partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support business decision-making.
4. Healthcare Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Leverage professional networks to enhance doctor recruitment efforts.
- Conduct research and outreach programs to identify potential medical candidates.
- Engage candidates through interviews and qualification assessments.
- Collaborate with HR and hospital managers to ensure efficient recruitment processes.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates and track the recruitment pipeline.
