Key Responsibilities
✔ Food Production – Assist in the preparation and serving of food items
✔ Front-of-House Support – Provide friendly customer service in the dining area
✔ Health & Safety Compliance – Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations
✔ Cleaning & Maintenance – Maintain a clean and organized workspace
✔ General Kitchen Assistance – Support both front and back-of-house operations
Minimum Requirements
✔ Matric Certificate (or equivalent) – Essential
✔ Experience in the hospitality/food service industry – Essential
✔ Customer service experience – Advantageous
✔ Food & Beverage or Culinary Arts qualification – Advantageous
✔ Good communication skills & teamwork abilities
✔ Strong hygiene & personal presentation
✔ Passion for delivering excellent customer service
