Responsibilities: Call Centre Agent

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Provide accurate information about our products and services.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance overall sales performance.

 

Requirements:

• South African ID
• Matric Certificate or NQF level 4.
• Previous experience in outbound sales is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Reside in or around Amanzimoti, Durban.
