Position Overview

TWK Agri is seeking a Clerk (Receiving) to join its Trade Division at the Greytown Retail branch. This permanent, entry-level role is responsible for the accurate receiving, inspection, and administration of incoming goods, ensuring stock integrity and efficient warehouse operations.

This opportunity is ideal for organised, detail-oriented candidates looking to build a career in agricultural retail, stock control, and supply chain administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and record-keeping duties
  • Receive incoming goods accurately and efficiently
  • Inspect, label, and process stock according to company procedures
  • Handle claims, repairs, and damaged stock documentation
  • Participate in regular stock takes
  • Assist with ordering of goods and inventory control
  • Maintain accurate stock records and compliance with internal controls

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to work
