Position Overview
HomeChoice is currently hiring a 24hr Flexi Sales Associate for the Lephalale Mall Showroom in Limpopo.
The successful candidate will be responsible for converting showroom visitors into customers through engaging product demonstrations, expert product knowledge, and excellent customer service. The role also involves assisting customers throughout the buying process, processing transactions, and ensuring that the showroom remains welcoming and organized.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Engagement
- Convert showroom visitors into customers using effective sales techniques and product demonstrations
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable homeware products and solutions
- Clearly communicate product pricing, promotions, and key features
- Achieve and exceed monthly retail sales targets
Customer Journey Management
- Manage the full customer journey, from account opening to order completion
- Capture customer orders accurately in the system
- Assist customers with payments, refunds, and credit processes
Marketing and Sales Activations
- Lead sales activation campaigns in surrounding areas to attract new customers
- Increase showroom foot traffic and revenue growth
- Promote HomeChoice products and special offers within the community
Store Operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Ensure product displays and merchandising meet company standards
- Assist with daily showroom operations and housekeeping duties
Administration and Reporting
- Complete required sales administration tasks accurately and on time
- Maintain updated performance records and reporting metrics
- Provide WFS feedback to help improve store operations and customer service
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this Retail Sales Associate job in Lephalale, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate (minimum requirement)
- Minimum 1 year retail experience
- Clear criminal and ITC record
- Must not be debarred or declared not fit and proper under the FAIS Act
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Experience within the homeware retail industry will be advantageous
