Job Overview

The General Worker position at Farmpack (Pty) Ltd involves performing general operational and manual labour tasks within the workplace. The role supports daily operations through packing, loading, cleaning, stock assistance, and maintaining workplace organisation.

This role is suitable for individuals who are physically fit, hardworking, and willing to perform manual labour in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
• Ability to perform hard manual labour
• Good physical health
• Willingness to work overtime when required
• Ability to contribute positively to the workplace

Duties and Responsibilities

• Pack, load, and offload stock according to company procedures
• Maintain general tidiness and cleanliness in the workplace
• Assist with stock control when required
• Perform cleaning and housekeeping duties
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
• Ensure premises remain organised and safe
• Follow all company rules, policies, and procedures
