β Must be unemployed and need practical WIL / internship experience
β Must not have done an internship or learnership before
β Computer literate (MS Office essential)
β Willing to work overtime and weekends if required
π§° Job Function
As an HR Intern, youβll assist the HR team to gain practical on-the-job experience across multiple HR areas:
1οΈβ£ Industrial Relations & HR Administration
- Support departments with HR admin tasks
- Advise stakeholders on Labour Law, LRA, BCEA compliance
- Ensure employee time & attendance records are accurate
- Manage HR documentation and electronic records
- Data entry / capturing high volumes of HR information
- Respond to HR queries and escalate issues as needed
2οΈβ£ Recruitment & Talent Management
- Assist with recruitment, talent sourcing and selection
- Help with skills development / training admin
- Compile reports and BBBEE-related admin
3οΈβ£ Communication & Support
- Liaise with employees and management
- Support manufacturing teams with HR-related guidance
- Ensure smooth flow of information across departments

- High computer literacy, including HR systems
- Knowledge of South African Labour Law and HR best practices
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Analytical, meticulous, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Approachable and adaptable to change
