βœ” TVET College N4–N6 / National Diploma in Human Resource Management (NQF5)
βœ” Must be unemployed and need practical WIL / internship experience
βœ” Must not have done an internship or learnership before
βœ” Computer literate (MS Office essential)
βœ” Willing to work overtime and weekends if required


🧰 Job Function

As an HR Intern, you’ll assist the HR team to gain practical on-the-job experience across multiple HR areas:

1️⃣ Industrial Relations & HR Administration

  • Support departments with HR admin tasks
  • Advise stakeholders on Labour Law, LRA, BCEA compliance
  • Ensure employee time & attendance records are accurate
  • Manage HR documentation and electronic records
  • Data entry / capturing high volumes of HR information
  • Respond to HR queries and escalate issues as needed

2️⃣ Recruitment & Talent Management

  • Assist with recruitment, talent sourcing and selection
  • Help with skills development / training admin
  • Compile reports and BBBEE-related admin

3️⃣ Communication & Support

  • Liaise with employees and management
  • Support manufacturing teams with HR-related guidance
  • Ensure smooth flow of information across departments

🧠 Skills Required

  • High computer literacy, including HR systems
  • Knowledge of South African Labour Law and HR best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Analytical, meticulous, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently and as a team
  • Approachable and adaptable to change
