Signature Cosmetics is looking for a Second In Charge to assist with managing the store at Game City Mall. The role involves supervising staff, supporting store operations, and ensuring customers receive an excellent shopping experience.
This position supports the Store Manager and helps drive sales performance, team leadership, and store standards.

👥 Team Leadership
- Guide and supervise store staff
- Train team members on product knowledge and sales techniques

- Create a welcoming and personalized shopping experience

📦 Stock & Inventory

🎓 Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate
- Minimum 2 years retail supervisory experience
- Passion for cosmetics, skincare, and retail
- Strong customer service skills
- Leadership ability and strong work ethic
- Basic knowledge of email and Microsoft Excel
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible retail hours
- Ability to stand for long periods
