  • Manage staff and development programmes within the centre

  • Support and oversee early childhood development initiatives

  • Develop fundraising proposals and maintain relationships with funders

  • Honours Degree in a relevant field (Education, Social Development, or Community Development)
  • Master’s Degree (advantageous)
  • At least 3 years relevant field experience, including:

βœ” Early childhood or community development work
βœ” Programme and staff management
βœ” Budget and financial management
βœ” Fundraising and proposal development
βœ” At least 3 years supervisory experience at middle management level
βœ” Valid driver’s licence

πŸ’‘ Experience working in a non-profit organisation (NGO) is beneficial.

  • Basic Salary: R805,257 per year
  • Cost to Company: approximately R1,040,825 per year
