Position Overview

TWK Agri is currently seeking a Floor Advisor to join the Trade Division retail team in Bethal, Mpumalanga.

The successful candidate will provide expert product advice and customer support on the sales floor, focusing particularly on agricultural input products and veterinary medicines. The role also involves stock control, merchandising, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order, merchandise, and sell stock within the retail store.
  • Conduct monthly stock control checks and stock counting.
  • Assist customers with product recommendations and sales support.
  • Ensure proper sorting and storage of incoming goods.
  • Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor.
  • Provide professional customer service to farmers and retail customers.
  • Assist with general store operations when required.
  • Work overtime when operational needs require additional support.
  • Follow all Health & Safety procedures and store policies.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 certificate.
  • A related agricultural or retail qualification (advantageous).
  • Knowledge of agricultural input products and veterinary medicines.
  • General farming knowledge and understanding of agricultural practices.
  • Strong marketing and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a retail environment.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Valid Driver’s License (Code 08).
  • Willingness to travel when required.
