Position Overview

TWK Agri is currently recruiting a Merchandiser to join the Trade Division retail team in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.

This entry-level role focuses on customer assistance, product merchandising, and stock control within the retail store. The Merchandiser will help maintain a clean, organised shopping environment while ensuring products are displayed effectively to maximise sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and advise customers in-store with product queries.
  • Merchandise products to ensure effective product display and sales visibility.

  • Conduct stock control and monthly stock counting.
  • Ensure products are properly sorted and stored.
  • Support general store operations and retail activities.

Minimum Requirements

  • Strong marketing and customer service skills.
  • Hard-working with the ability to work under pressure in a retail environment.
  • Valid Driver’s License (Code 08).
