Position Overview

Multiform Human Development is currently recruiting an Accounting Clerk and Executive Assistant based in Klerksdorp, North West. Key Responsibilities

The Accounting Clerk and Executive Assistant will support leadership and finance operations through a variety of administrative and accounting tasks.

Executive Support

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas

Minimum Requirements

Candidates interested in this opportunity should meet the following requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant within the accounting sector
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as:

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
