Position Overview
Multiform Human Development is currently seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of a retail store within a family entertainment environment located in Mbombela (Nelspruit), Mpumalanga.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily store operations, leading a team of employees, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities
The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store and achieving business objectives.
Store Operations Management
- Manage all aspects of daily store operations
- Oversee inventory control, merchandising, and stock management
- Ensure efficient store processes and operational procedures
Team Leadership and Staff Development
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
- Motivate employees to deliver excellent customer service
- Provide coaching and performance management to team members
Sales and Revenue Growth

Minimum Requirements
Candidates applying for this role should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in retail or store management
- Experience in family entertainment, hospitality, or retail environments will be advantageous
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising strategies
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic accounting principles
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required
