Position Overview

We are seeking driven and client-focused Fragrance Advisors to join our teams across South Africa.

As a Fragrance Advisor, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional client experiences to maximise sales and profitability
  • Ensure operating standards and brand excellence are consistently maintained
  • Build and enhance the Chanel brand image across all retail touchpoints

Key Responsibilities

Maximise Turnover, Profit & Productivity

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Support sales at events, launches, and retailer activities
  • Provide timely feedback on sales and customer concerns

Brand Management

  • Monitor competitor activity and stay updated on industry trends
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards
  • Uphold and maintain Chanel brand standards

Stock Management, Merchandising & Store Operations

  • Merchandise stock according to Chanel guidelines
  • Report out-of-stock items daily
  • Manage stock administration, stock loss prevention, and asset control
  • Ensure POS compliance and operational efficiency

Customer Experience

  • Deliver premium, personalised client experiences
  • Provide expert fragrance recommendations
  • Build loyalty, client relationships, and expand customer database

Teamwork & Collaboration
