We are looking for a motivated Beauty Consultant to join our team on a 3-month fixed-term contract, delivering exceptional client experiences across multiple luxury cosmetic brands.

Position Overview

As a Beauty Consultant, you will drive sales and provide a premium customer experience at Richards Bay Mall, ensuring brand standards are upheld and customer loyalty is cultivated. This role is ideal for an energetic, results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve Counter Sales Targets

  • Meet monthly and annual sales budgets
  • Track individual and counter performance
  • Sell and drive sales to achieve objectives
  • Assist in setting up and managing counter events
  • Provide feedback on sales or customer-related concerns

Brand Management

  • Uphold grooming, uniform, and brand standards
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends
  • Ensure stock is merchandised according to brand guidelines
  • Report stock levels and out-of-stock items to Retail Development Manager

Client Experience

  • Deliver exceptional, consistent client service
  • Build strong relationships and customer loyalty
  • Expand customer database by attracting new clients

Administration

  • Complete daily tracking sheets and weekly reports
  • Maintain accurate client records and files
  • Follow CRM and reporting processes accurately

Team Work

  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and support events
  • Assist new team members with onboarding and orientation
  • Foster strong relationships with retailer partners

Requirements / Qualifications
