Position Overview
NTK Retail is seeking a Cashier to manage cash and card transactions and provide excellent customer service at the Letsitele retail outlet. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are numerate, energetic, and detail-oriented, with a passion for client service and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and control all cash and card transactions at the shop
- Handle PayPoint sales and process receipts accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client queries
- Ensure daily banking of all cheques and cash
- Perform back-office tasks related to card customer transactions
- Maintain accurate financial records and report discrepancies promptly
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
- Basic computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in a cashier or retail role is advantageous
