Position Overview
NTK Retail is seeking a General Worker to perform entry-level general tasks at the Alldays retail store. This role is ideal for individuals who are physically fit, service-oriented, and willing to contribute to the smooth operation of the store through manual tasks, cleaning, and stock handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general tidiness and cleaning duties throughout the store
- Assist with loading and offloading stock from suppliers and deliveries
- Conduct general housekeeping to maintain store safety and presentation
- Support customer service operations when required
- Assist with stock control and organizing shelves
- Complete ADHOC tasks as assigned by management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
- Physically able to perform manual labor
- Ability to add value to the function of the job consistently
- Previous retail or general work experience is advantageous but not required
