Position Overview
The Junior Branch Marketer at NTK Retail in Tolwe is responsible for marketing agricultural products, managing stock control, and ensuring consistent availability of merchandise to clients. The role focuses on customer service, stock management, and achieving sales targets while supporting branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Market NTK Retail products to clients and ensure consistent stock availability
- Manage stock control and process stock orders efficiently
- Render excellent customer service to walk-in, telephonic, and email clients
- Perform ad-hoc duties related to marketing, client service, and branch operations
- Assist with the promotion of agricultural commodities and irrigation systems
- Continuously contribute to branch organization, merchandising, and operational efficiency
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification
- Experience in an agriculture retail environment is advantageous
- 1–2 years of experience in irrigation or agricultural systems is preferred
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and electrical equipment is an added advantage
- Clear criminal record and eligibility to work in South Africa
