Position Overview
The Floor Assistant at NTK Retail in Venda is responsible for efficiently moving merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor, organizing shelves, and ensuring accurate and visually appealing product displays. This role supports branch operations while maintaining a tidy and professional retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Draw merchandise from the stockroom as requested by branch management
- Mark and bring merchandise onto the floor
- Pack merchandise accurately onto shelves, ensuring neat displays
- Maintain general tidiness and organization of the sales floor
- Assist with stock control and inventory management as needed
- Continuously add value to branch operations and customer experience
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification
- Experience in agricultural retail is advantageous
- Eligible to work in South Africa
