Position Overview
The Petrol Attendant will provide friendly and efficient customer service while safely refuelling vehicles, handling payments, and maintaining a clean forecourt. This role ensures smooth daily operations and contributes to a positive customer experience at TWK Agri retail sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Refuel vehicles with the correct petrol or diesel product
- Collect payments from customers, dispense change, or process card transactions using Speedpoint machines
- Issue receipts to customers
- Wash windshields and check vehicle fluid levels and tyre pressure
- Prepare daily reports of fuel and oil sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the forecourt
- Load and deliver materials when required
- Regularly empty waste bins and transport waste to designated collection points
- Notify management of low fuel levels or any operational deficiencies requiring attention
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Excellent communication skills
- Good physical health to manage manual tasks
- Honest, reliable, and trustworthy
- Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines
