Position Overview
The 24hr Flexi Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales performance by converting showroom visitors into loyal customers. This role involves delivering excellent customer service, demonstrating products effectively, and managing the full sales process from enquiry to purchase.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales by engaging customers and converting showroom visits into purchases
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, pricing, and promotions
- Manage the full customer journey, including account opening and order processing
- Handle payments, refunds, and customer queries efficiently
- Lead sales activations in surrounding areas to attract new customers
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment
- Provide feedback to improve store processes and customer experience
- Complete all administrative and reporting tasks accurately and on time
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales
- Clear criminal and ITC record (essential)
- Must not be debarred under the FAIS Act
- Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Experience in homeware retail (advantageous)
