Position Overview
The Sales Representative: Vehicles at Auto Pedigree Mafikeng is an exciting opportunity for young, dynamic, and motivated individuals looking to start or grow their careers in vehicle sales and automotive retail.
You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, promoting the Auto Pedigree brand, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth while providing a professional customer experience. This role is ideal for entry-level automotive sales jobs with long-term career potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Promote the Auto Pedigree brand and vehicle offerings
- Familiarize yourself with vehicle features, capabilities, and specifications
- Develop the business by retaining and growing the existing customer base
- Identify and create new sales opportunities and revenue streams
- Assist with showroom setup and product displays
- Accompany customers on test drives and manage required documentation
- Manage customer expectations and ensure excellent service delivery
- Negotiate agreements and close sales deals
- Handle customer feedback and escalations professionally
- Report on market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- At least 2 years’ experience in customer service or sales, preferably in automotive retail
- Code 08 unendorsed driver’s license and own reliable transport
- Computer literacy
- Understanding of compliance regulations in the retail industry (advantageous)
- Familiarity with local languages and market demographics (advantageous)
- Knowledge of Auto Pedigree products and services (desirable)
- Availability to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as required
