Position Overview
The Waitron – Mdantsane role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced restaurant environments.
You will ensure all food products are prepared and served according to Pedros’ Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) while delivering an exceptional dining experience to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with SOP
- Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times
- Prepare menu items efficiently while maintaining speed of service
- Provide excellent customer service to every guest
Minimum Requirements
- National Senior Certificate (Matric/NQF4)
- Minimum 1-year experience in restaurant or fast-food service
- Strong customer service skills
- Good verbal communication skills
