Position Overview: Sales Lead – MENA
CBRE Excellerate is hiring a Sales Lead – MENA based in Dubai to drive business growth across the UAE and wider Middle East and North Africa region.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify and target key sectors to expand the facilities management sales pipeline
- Present CBRE Excellerate’s service offerings to prospective clients
- Negotiate and successfully close high-value sales deals
- Drive revenue growth by exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
- Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with internal teams (bids, procurement, HR, QHS) for tender submissions

Minimum Requirements
- Relevant qualification (HNC/D, Degree, or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and business development
- At least 3 years’ experience within the Facilities Management (FM) industry
- Proven track record in lead generation and pipeline development

- Strong understanding of Facilities Management business operations
- Knowledge of financial and commercial principles
- Ability to analyze business data and develop strategic solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English (mandatory); Arabic is advantageous
