Position Overview
The Floor Advisor role at TWK Agri’s Vryheid branch focuses on providing expert guidance to customers on the sales floor. This position emphasizes input products, stock management, merchandising, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. The Floor Advisor serves as the first point of contact for clients and ensures that TWK Agri’s products are accurately represented and available.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and support to customers regarding agricultural input products
- Manage stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising
- Conduct monthly control checks and stock counting
- Assist clients in-store with product selection and enquiries
- Sort, store, and maintain goods in accordance with company standards
- Adhere to Health & Safety requirements on the shop floor
- Be flexible and willing to work overtime when required
- Travel occasionally as per business needs
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Related qualification advantageous
- Knowledge of pumps, hardware, and irrigation systems
- Computer literate
- Valid Code 08 driver’s license
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong marketing and customer service skills
