🎓 Minimum Requirements

You must have:

• Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
• 3–5 years management experience in the grain/agriculture industry
• Grain grading & silo operation qualifications
• Completed New Manager’s Program (or similar)
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)

🧠 Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

• Monitor grain flow and storage conditions
• Protect grain (fumigation, temperature checks)
• Manage inventory and stock levels
• Oversee silo operations according to company policy
• Handle admin, finances, and reporting
• Maintain infrastructure and equipment
• Lead staff and ensure teamwork
• Deliver good customer service
