Position Overview
Bidvest Prestige is currently recruiting a General Manager – Hospitality to lead its Cape hospitality division. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing operations, managing teams, and driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships
- Lead marketing and sales initiatives to grow the hospitality division
Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing, training, and service delivery
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality hospitality services
- Collaborate with internal departments for seamless service integration
Team Leadership & Development
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of hospitality professionals
- Build a high-performance culture focused on excellence
- Support staff development and continuous improvement
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships

- Address client concerns and ensure service excellence
Performance & Compliance
- Monitor KPIs and analyse operational performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Implement improvements based on performance insights
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- Matric
- Qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hospitality management
- Proven track record in a similar senior management role
- Strong background in operations and service delivery
