Position Overview
Power Fashion is seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead its Piketberg store. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, managing store operations, and leading a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in retail store management, sales growth, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Performance Management
- Drive store sales and achieve or exceed turnover targets
- Promote sales initiatives and improve overall store performance
- Monitor and control expenses to meet business objectives
Stock & Operations Management
- Manage stock levels effectively and minimize stock loss
- Ensure adherence to stock control procedures and policies
- Maintain optimal use of store resources to enhance productivity
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve performance targets
- Foster a positive company culture through professional leadership
- Manage staff performance and ensure accountability
Customer Service Excellence
- Ensure all customers receive above-average service
- Resolve customer queries and maintain satisfaction levels
- Create a welcoming and engaging store environment
Compliance & Store Standards
- Enforce company policies and procedures consistently
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
- Ensure compliance with relevant retail regulations
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 (Mathematics is an advantage)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
- Experience in a retail environment (fashion retail preferred)
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
