Main Purpose of the Job

The Apple Sales Consultant helps customers discover and buy Apple products. You will demonstrate Apple devices, answer customer questions, provide excellent service, and help the store achieve its sales targets.

Main Responsibilities

1. Sales

• Promote and sell Apple products and services.
• Explain product features and benefits.
• Recommend products that suit customer needs.
• Achieve sales targets and performance goals.

2. Customer Service

• Welcome and assist customers.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Provide a friendly and professional shopping experience.
• Resolve customer concerns and answer questions.

3. Product Demonstrations

• Demonstrate Apple devices such as:
  • iPhones
  • iPads
  • MacBooks
  • Apple Watches
  • Accessories
• Help customers understand how products work.
• Show customers the latest Apple technology.

4. Store Operations

• Assist with stock management.
• Ensure displays are neat and attractive.
• Support daily store activities.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

5. Teamwork

• Work closely with colleagues and management.
• Support team goals and store performance.
• Communicate effectively with customers and staff.

Requirements

Education

• Matric (National Senior Certificate).

Experience

• At least 1 year of customer-facing retail experience.
• Electronics or technology retail experience is an advantage.
• Management experience is a bonus.

Knowledge

• Retail sales principles.
• Customer service.
• Basic understanding of Apple products.
• Stock management.

Computer Skills

• POS systems (advantage).
• iOS knowledge (advantage).
• Syspro knowledge (advantage).

Additional Requirement

• Must live within approximately 10–15 km or 20 minutes from Mall of the North.
