Job Responsibilities:

• We book repairs.
• Add new appliances to the plan.
• Cancel a plan if cm no longer has the appliance/if it’s Dual Cover.
• Renew lapsed plans within 30 days If fixed term only, requote if system not allowing renewal after 30 days of renewal due date.
• Deescalate complaints and if there is detriment caused towards customer(financial/ material inconvenience/ Material Distress) we can then log a complaint. If there’s one open and customer has not been contacted in 5 days or more, we can provide them with the complaints external contact number.
• Provide great cm experience as the first line of contact in the whole company.

Job Requirements:

• Grade 12 or a relevant equivalent qualification
• Min 12 months International Outbound/ Inbound sales & Service, Retentions, Upselling experience

• Excellent verbal communication
• Soft Skills
• Sales Ability (comfortable with handling objections, building rapport, needs analysis)
• Customer centricity
• Attention to detail, so the conversation is correctly captured and actioned.
• Ability to multitask.
