• Perform Sales Activities: Generate sales and achieve sales budget/targets and income.
• Customer Engagement: Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising and customer-centric interactions.
• Sales Processes: Handle cash and credit processes/administration in line with company policy.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest products and ensure extensive knowledge within a specific category.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Numeracy and literacy equivalent to Grade 12.
• Experience: 7 – 12 months of experience, preferably in retail.
