Job Description:
The Floor Assistant is responsible for handling merchandise by drawing items from the stockroom as requested, marking them appropriately, and placing them onto the store floor. The role also involves organizing merchandise on shelves, ensuring that items are properly displayed for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draw merchandise from the stockroom as requested.
- Mark merchandise and ensure it is correctly labeled.
- Bring merchandise onto the store floor and pack it onto shelves.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store floor.
- Assist in ensuring that products are correctly priced and displayed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Grade 12 or NQF4.
- Experience: Experience in a similar field is advantageous.
