Key Responsibilities
- Clean Premises: Perform a variety of cleaning activities, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming office floors to ensure workplace safety.
- Waste Management: Gather and empty trash bins and handle waste disposal.
- Furniture & Fixtures: Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, and office equipment.
- Windows & Glass Cleaning: Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning tools and solutions.
- Dusting & Disinfection: Dust surfaces, equipment, and walls to maintain hygiene standards.
- Toilet Sanitation: Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Clean and stock the kitchen, washing dishes, discarding expired food, and ensuring appliances are wiped down.
Stock Control
- Supply Management: Ensure sufficient stock of cleaning supplies and request additional items when necessary.
- Kitchen & Bathroom Stocking: Stock kitchens with groceries, condiments, and bathrooms with essential supplies.
Ad-Hoc Tasks
- Stand in for the receptionist as needed.
- Prepare and clear meeting rooms.
Essential Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of corporate cleaning experience.
Skills & Knowledge
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong time management and listening skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and maintain high standards of cleanliness in corporate offices.
