Job Description

Hollywoodbets seeks talented individuals to join their Marketing team as Marketing Team Leads. Requirements

• Experience:
  • 5 years in Marketing, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Communication, or Sales
  • 2 years in a Leadership/Management role
• Other: Code 08 Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal marketing, PR, and communication plans in line with business objectives.
• Attend events, prepare engaging displays, and analyze post-event results.
• Lead internal marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand positioning.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and gambling board regulations.
• Identify and optimize new marketing opportunities to drive growth.
• Oversee the development and performance of websites and online platforms.
• Execute market research, competitor analysis, and ROI tracking for campaigns.
• Generate and manage internal marketing materials and employer brand content.
• Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, email, social media, and paid campaigns.
• Organize and manage internal events, ensuring impactful communication.
• Build relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients across regions.
• Oversee budget control, forecasting, and expenditure for marketing initiatives.
• Set KPI’s, conduct performance reviews, and lead the team in daily operations.
