Job Description

Hollywoodbets is looking for three Sales Agents (Field) to join their team in Makhado, Limpopo. The role is responsible for meeting daily, weekly, and monthly mobile sales targets, growing the mobile customer base, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will represent the brand professionally and positively, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Experience: Entry-level; prior experience as a promoter or in a similar role is a bonus
• Skills: Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service:
  • Assist clients with opening accounts and handling betting queries
  • Drive daily sales and mobile product activations
  • Promote mobile brand and assist in mobile marketing campaigns
  • Keep records of sales activities and report progress daily
  • Set up displays at events and promotions
  • Ensure correct FICA documentation for new account openings
  • Help customers with sign-up bonuses and betting guidance on the mobile app
  • Maintain mobile equipment and work areas in a tidy and professional manner
• Training & Development:
  • Complete weekly Moodle, bet strike, and Voice Note training
  • Engage in “Trainers on Wheels” activities

Skills & Attributes

• Communication: Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Sales & Customer Focused: Results-driven with good understanding of mobile and internet betting
• Knowledge: Familiarity with betting procedures, types, and TUV (top-up voucher) distribution
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
