Job Description:
Act as a liaison to provide product and service information and resolve any concerns clients or suppliers may encounter. This role emphasizes ensuring excellent service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements:
Essential:
- Grade 12 / Matric or Senior Certificate.
- Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant Qualification.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in customer service.
Advantageous:
- Relevant Business Development qualification.
- Experience with SAP, Unisolve, and EWM systems.
- Specialized Hospital and Surgical experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Pharmacy Council Duties:
- Sale of Schedule 1 and 2 medicines under pharmacist supervision.
- Stock distribution and control (Schedule 1–6).
- Preparation and management of prescriptions and related tasks.
- Provide accurate usage instructions to customers for supplied medicines.
Product Sourcing:
- Optimize sourcing processes for maximum efficiency.
- Negotiate ethically and secure profitable deals.
- Manage supplier performance and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers, customers, and the warehouse.
Stakeholder Relationships:
- Represent the company in alignment with its mission, vision, and values.
- Build and nurture supplier and customer relationships.
- Resolve client complaints swiftly and recommend solutions.
- Conduct customer satisfaction research.
Customer Service:
- Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls promptly.
- Create orders to meet deadlines and ensure delivery timelines.
- Address complaints regarding unfulfilled orders.
Reporting & Administration:
- Provide feedback on customer service efficiency.
- Log resolved and unresolved queries daily.
- Analyze root causes of issues and propose improvements.
- Compile reports on products, sales, and feedback.
