Job Overview
Pedros is seeking a Creditors Clerk to manage the full creditors function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier payments, account reconciliation, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Creditors Management:
- Handle full creditors function, including invoice processing and supplier payments.
- Ensure supplier transactions are accurate and correctly allocated.
- Reconcile supplier accounts with statements and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Maintain an accurate supplier age analysis and send reports weekly.
- Payments & Compliance:
- Ensure supplier accounts are paid within agreed credit terms.
- Prepare and submit supplier payments on time.
- Address and resolve any account-related queries with suppliers.
- Financial Reporting:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date reports on supplier accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements

Minimum 3 yearsβ experience in a similar role.

Proficiency in Sage Evolution or a similar financial software.
β
Previous experience in FMCG, Fast Food, or Retail sectors.
β
Strong understanding of finance functions with a hands-on approach.
β
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
