Job Overview

Empact Group is hiring an experienced Bookkeeper to support financial operations within our food and beverage division. This role requires strong bookkeeping, data capturing, and financial administration skills.

Minimum Requirements

✅ Education:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Business Administration qualification (advantageous)
  ✅ Experience:
• At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience
• Customer relations experience
• 1 year of WorkSmart system experience
  ✅ Skills:
• Strong financial acumen
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office & WorkSmart
• Management and data capturing experience

Key Responsibilities

📌 Daily capturing and financial processing using WorkSmart
📌 General administrative duties (typing, filing, stock management)
📌 Handling cash-ups, banking, and stock ordering
📌 Debtors & Creditors management
📌 Spot-checking depot stock and processing claims
📌 Confirming supplier prices and managing purchasing codes
