Job Overview
Pedros is seeking a Junior Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their restaurant/take-away in Isipingo. The role involves managing stock, ensuring quality control, addressing customer concerns, and leading staff to meet profitability and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee overall restaurant/take-away operations
- Ensure food quality and adherence to Pedros Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Manage stock control, purchasing, and orders
- Address customer complaints and maintain high levels of service
- Maximize profitability and meet sales and GP% targets
- Manage staff, including disciplinary actions and work rosters
- Drive team collaboration and push the restaurant/take-away forward
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Minimum Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in restaurant/fast-food service
- GAAP/Micros experience and knowledge (advantageous)
- Strong management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
