Key Responsibilities and Objectives
As a Graduate Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Learning Assurance and Vendor Management function within Sasol. Your duties will include:

Participating in B-BBEE Skills Development monitoring and quarterly audits

Supporting skills development spend audits to ensure financial compliance
-
Assisting with contract and vendor management, ensuring alignment with company goals

Administering vendor-related documentation and service-level agreements
-
Engaging monthly with internal stakeholders and external service providers
-
Coordinating non-technical learnerships in collaboration with various Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs)

Monitoring and evaluating learner registration, progress, and compliance

Providing regular performance feedback and reports on vendor performance

Supporting the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of learnership programmes
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
To qualify for this Graduate Trainee position, you must possess:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Economics, or a relevant field

An Honours Degree will be considered a strong advantage

2–3 years of experience in B-BBEE skills development, vendor management, contract management, or supply chain management
