Key Duties and Responsibilities
As an In-Service Trainee: Quality Assurance, you will:

Conduct routine and non-routine quality tests on products and packaging.

Compile comprehensive reports to document test outcomes and ensure traceability.

Communicate out-of-specification results to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

Ensure testing procedures meet internal quality control policies and industry standards.

Assist in minimizing production costs by maintaining quality and reducing waste.

Support audit readiness through accurate documentation and reporting.
Knowledge and Practical Skills
To succeed in this role, trainees must have a foundational understanding of:

Microbiology, chemistry, biochemistry, and physics related to the food and beverage industry.
