Key Duties and Responsibilities

As an In-Service Trainee: Quality Assurance, you will:

• Conduct routine and non-routine quality tests on products and packaging.

• Compile comprehensive reports to document test outcomes and ensure traceability.

• Communicate out-of-specification results to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

• Ensure testing procedures meet internal quality control policies and industry standards.

• Assist in minimizing production costs by maintaining quality and reducing waste.

• Support audit readiness through accurate documentation and reporting.

Knowledge and Practical Skills

To succeed in this role, trainees must have a foundational understanding of:

• Microbiology, chemistry, biochemistry, and physics related to the food and beverage industry.

• Laboratory protocols and quality assurance methodologies.

• Mathematical skills for analyzing test results and interpreting data.

• Awareness of food safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

Qualifications and Education Requirements

To be eligible for the Coca-Cola Quality Assurance In-Service Trainee role, candidates must:
