Assigning barcodes to assets across the country according to processes set by the Fixed Asset Accountant.

Conducting monthly physical inventory counts of fixed assets.

Performing monthly reconciliations between the fixed asset register and physical inventory.

Investigating obsolete assets and recommending impairments or disposals.

Preparing audit schedules and assisting external auditors with fixed asset inquiries.

Representing Hollywoodbets during external audits.

Engaging with accounting teams, branch managers, and other departments regarding asset management.

Maintaining a branch-level fixed asset register for items not meeting recognition criteria.

Undertaking extensive travel as required by the role.
