Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing BCE’s marketing strategy in alignment with company goals. The ideal candidate will oversee marketing operations, manage campaigns, lead brand development, and ensure seamless coordination with sales activities. This position plays a key role in driving brand growth, lead generation, and market visibility.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement BCE’s marketing strategy to align with company objectives.

Manage all marketing activities, including advertising, digital campaigns, and promotions.

Coordinate marketing initiatives with sales to ensure integrated execution.

Manage the annual marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.

Create and publish marketing materials in line with brand guidelines.

Analyse product sales performance using marketing analysis tools such as the BCG Matrix.

Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and trade shows.

Oversee lead generation campaigns and measure ROI.

Maintain BCE’s corporate identity and brand consistency across all platforms.

Manage relationships with external design agencies and partners.

Produce and monitor online and print marketing campaigns.

Ensure clear internal communication of marketing goals and progress.

Provide detailed reports and analysis to management on marketing performance.

Support the sales team by providing marketing collateral and insights.
Minimum Requirements
-
Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager in a wholesale or B2B environment.

Experience in developing marketing strategies, brand management, and campaign analysis.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with SAP and CRM systems.

Strong analytical and project management abilities.
