Position Overview: Senior Branch Marketer – Tom Burke
NTK Retail is seeking a Senior Branch Marketer to support branch operations and drive retail growth in Tom Burke.
This role is ideal for a proactive, people-focused individual who understands agricultural retail and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where leadership, customer service, and business performance are key.
You will work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure smooth operations, strong sales performance, and excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily branch operations and ensure workflow efficiency
- Assist the Branch Manager with financial control (sales, expenses, budgets)
- Manage stock processes including receiving, merchandising, ordering, and stock takes
- Assist with staff supervision, shift planning, and team development
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve complaints
- Maintain compliance with safety and legislative requirements
- Contribute to marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Step in for the Branch Manager when required
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / NQF Level 4 (Tertiary qualification advantageous)
- 2–3 years’ experience in agricultural retail
- Computer literate (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required
- Strong customer service and people skills
