Position Overview: Waiter – Bethal
Pedros is currently hiring a Waiter for a new, high-volume store in Bethal. This role is ideal for energetic and customer-focused individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.
As a Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while ensuring food is handled and served according to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards according to SOP
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards
- Prepare and serve menu items efficiently according to SOP
- Maintain speed of service while ensuring quality standards
- Deliver excellent customer service and positive customer experiences
- Assist with general front-of-house and service operations
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant or fast-food service experience
- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
- Strong customer service skills
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
