About the Role
The Dealer Warranty Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that warranty claims are processed accurately and timeously in line with company policies and Toyota procedures. Key Responsibilities of a Dealer Warranty Administrator
Warranty Claims Processing
- Capture warranty claims accurately on the E-Toyota system
- Ensure claims are processed timeously and in line with company policies
- Obtain correct information regarding customer complaints and defects
- Collect and verify all required documentation for claims
Claims Management & Monitoring
- Maintain and monitor the claims register
- Track claim status and report updates to management
- Ensure payments for claims are received
- Check suspense files daily and resolve outstanding issues
Parts & Compliance Control
- Ensure claim tags are attached to parts and submitted on time
- Verify that technicians correctly tag and store warranty parts
- Assess vehicle eligibility for warranty work
- Submit claims in line with distributor guidelines
Training & Policy Compliance
- Attend all warranty training courses provided by the distributor
- Stay updated with Toyota Warranty Policies and Procedures
- Review warranty bulletins and special service campaign updates
- Follow up on service campaigns as required
General Administration
- Assist with additional administrative duties as required
