Job Overview
The Co-Ordinator is responsible for overseeing shift operations and ensuring service, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met.
This role combines customer service, team leadership, and operational support to ensure smooth restaurant performance.
Key Responsibilities
As a Co-Ordinator at Pedros, your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers warmly and creating a positive first impression
- Taking customer orders accurately
- Ensuring food and beverages are presented neatly and on time
- Verifying that orders match receipts and special requests
- Maintaining cleanliness of the counter, dining area, and service stations
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
