Griller Job Overview

The Griller is responsible for preparing and grilling chicken and other menu items according to Pedros’ approved recipes and quality standards. The role requires speed, consistency, and strict adherence to hygiene and food safety procedures.


Key Responsibilities

As a Griller at Pedros, your duties will include:

  • Preparing, seasoning, and grilling chicken and other menu items
  • Monitoring cooking temperatures, timing, and portion control
  • Ensuring food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards
  • Conducting daily equipment checks and reporting faults
  • Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
  • Managing stock rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out)
  • Minimising food waste
  • Cleaning grills, utensils, and workstations
  • Assisting with stock counts and ingredient preparation
  • Supporting kitchen operations during peak periods
  • Complying with health, safety, and company policies

Minimum Requirements
