About the Role
TWK Agri is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Financial Manager to oversee all financial activities within its Financial Services division in Pretoria, Gauteng. Reporting to senior leadership and assisting the Finance Executive, you will be responsible for managing financial planning, annual budgeting, regulatory compliance, working capital, internal controls, pricing strategies, and cost monitoring to optimize overall financial health and operational growth.
This is a comprehensive mid-senior leadership role requiring exceptional financial modeling abilities, a strong grasp of compliance standards, and proven experience in leading finance teams. Key Responsibilities of a Financial Manager: Financial Services
Strategic Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with TWK Agri’s corporate objectives.

Lead the annual budgeting process with department heads and assist the Finance Executive.

Conduct financial analysis, risk assessments, and financial modeling to evaluate business opportunities.

Prepare, present, and revise financial forecasts and reports based on changing market conditions.
Financial Reporting & Accounting Compliance

Ensure accurate, timely preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements across business units.

Maintain strict compliance with international accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and tax obligations.

Review and enhance financial processes, implementing best practices to increase reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Working Capital, Treasury & Risk Management

Manage cash flow forecasting to guarantee operational liquidity and optimize working capital cycles (receivables, payables, and inventory).

Oversee capital expenditure projects, evaluate investment performance, and monitor Return on Investment (ROI).

Identify financial vulnerabilities and execute proactive risk mitigation strategies.
Internal Controls, Audits & Cost Management

Minimum Requirements – Financial Manager: Financial Services
Educational & Professional Qualifications:
